Southport District is a new mixed-use development located at the southwest corner of Southport Parkway and Giles Road in LaVista, Nebraska.  The project contains a new to market entertainment venue, Smash Park, which is scheduled to open in Spring 2024.  Also planned is a 122-room Hilton Home2Suites scheduled to start construction in 2024, as well as two additional parcels marketed for sale.

The underlying landowner received interest from Smash Park to purchase a portion of his property but did not have the experience to work through the rezoning and replatting process to fulfill a sale.  Summit Development was hired to lead this process, including the replatting, PUD amendments, subdivision agreements, and negotiations with buyers.
