Southport Centre is a commercial development located at the northwest corner of Southport Parkway and Giles Road in LaVista, Nebraska.  Summit Development led the development and construction of this retail development containing a free standing Starbucks, 11,800 square foot strip retail building with a tenant lineup of PenFed Federal Credit Union, Hunter Douglas / Integrated Windows, Jersey Mikes, Dirty Dough, and Charred.

Summit handled the entitlement process, including lifting a restriction on drive thrus, coordinated the building design process, assisted with lease negotiations, and operated as an Owner’s representative for the construction of the buildings
